Does this make me a twit?

I've done it. I've finally succumbed to the monster that is Twitter.

I'm still not entirely sure about Twitter. Honestly, isn't it just one big great ego machine? Surely no one is so bored that they wish to hear all the ins and outs of other's lives as they occur? The one upside that I can see is that I can write my blog ideas down as they occur to me - but are there any others?

We'll see, I guess. I know Ling is a fellow twitterer - is anyone else?

My ego speaks here.

welcome, from one twit to another! think of it this way, we'll be able to respond to each other in fairly real time regarding the minutiae of both of our days. it's also a great channel to vent/post observances/spread your excitement ;)

In that case the answer is yes.

I'm a twit too. Was kinda flummoxed by the whole thing in the beginning, but now I'm hooked. Now I can't cope with having a thought that isn't articulated.

You have to include me out. Face book twitter et al are a step too far. Too much new tech.
But I like the folks who do;)

I fear I've created a twitter monster...when I don't do it for a few days I feel overwhelmed. Hmm.
